Description: 30 Point House is a great Lake Namakagon retreat offering a large lakeside yard, excellent sand beach, deck with gas grill, 3 bedrooms and 1 ½ baths. The living room with its sliding glass doors offers a view of the lake and easy access to the deck. There is gentle elevation to the lakeshore, good fishing from the dock, a lakeside firepit and a very good swimming beach.

Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed and the recently remodeled third bedroom with its gas fireplace, 2 single beds and table and chairs is big enough to double as a family room.

Lake Namakagon is a popular 3,000+ acre recreational lake with numerous restaurants accessible by water. Relax lakeside or on the sunny deck or explore these fun waters on your next stay at the Thirty Point House!

The maximum occupancy per property is to be respected; more than the allotted number of guests is grounds for termination; tents, campers and RV’s are not allowed. Parties found with pets in homes without prior approval will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
