Description: The Duplex consists of two separate units (upper and lower) that may be rented separately or together. Each unit has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each bedroom, living room with a sofa sleeper and TV/VCR (local channels only), kitchen with electric stove and oven, and bathroom with shower.

The upper unit has a lakeside deck overlooking the spacious yard sloping down to Lake Namakagon. The lower unit has walkout sliding door. There is 200 feet of frontage along the northeast shoreline of this popular lake. Each unit has full access to the large yard, a private pier, charcoal grill, fire pit, lawn chairs and picnic table.

Kitchen:
Electric stove and oven, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, cooking and dining essentials.

Rates are based on 4 people per unit. Additional adults are $25 per stay.

The maximum occupancy per property is to be respected; more than the allotted number of guests is grounds for termination; tents, campers and RV’s are not allowed. Parties found with pets in homes without prior approval will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
