Description: Trapper’s Haven is conveniently located on a smaller lake offering a quiet getaway yet is still close to some larger area lakes like Lake Namakagon and the area’s snowmobile trails (ride from your front door), ski trails as well as prime bird and deer hunting land in the Chequamegon National Forest. You have use of the garage, too, if you need a place to stash your gear and toys!

The rental includes a row boat (motor rental available) and with no public access available to the lake you can almost guarantee you will have this 85 acre lake to yourself. Trapper Lake has a maximum depth of about 30 feet and has northern, crappie and bluegill as well as some walleye and largemouth bass in it.

The comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath home has an open layout centered on the charming, wood burning stone fireplace in the living room. The open kitchen and dining areas allow easy movement throughout the house. There is a utility room with washer and dryer off the kitchen and the two bedrooms each with a double bed in them are off the living room.

Parties found with pets in homes without prior approval will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
