The lower level includes one bedroom with a king bed, second bedroom with a king bed and twin bed and a family room with a mini kitchen that leads to the lakeside patio through double doors.

Enjoy the view from the patio which includes picnic table, charcoal grill and firepit. Stairs lead down to the clear waters of Round Lake from the patio. The private dock extends out over gravel lake bottom making this a quality swimming location! There is a public boat landing only 0.3 miles south of the house off Linden Road.
