Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, we will return all of the deposit. If cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to the cancelled arrival date, the reservation deposit will be forfeited.

Summer Rates ---- April 1 until November 17
Winter Rates ---- November 17 until April 1

Most houses require a 3-night minimum stay during the spring, fall and winter. Summer rentals are 1 week rentals from Saturday-Saturday.

Deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. Check or money order preferred. Balance due prior to arrival or day of arrival unless other arrangements are made.

Visa and MasterCard accepted. We will request a credit card to hold on file at the time of reservation.

All price quotes are subject to state and local taxes.

Amenities:

• Kitchen completely furnished for housekeeping
• Bed linens furnished
• Some homes are pet friendly
• Some homes furnish fishing boats (no motors)
• Some homes have laundry
• Most homes have phones - some do not and cell phone reception can be limited. We recommend bringing a phone card
• Please remember to bring your own towels, and laundry & bath soaps

Pets:

Some of our homes allow pets with prior approval; if approved a $25.00-$50.00 fee per pet will be assessed.

Parties found with pets in homes without prior approval will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.

Any pet damage will be charged back to the renters.

Miscellaneous:

All of our homes are privately owned; and, we ask all of our guests to respect their rental property and treat it as if it were your own home.

Guests will be responsible for any damages or theft, damage above normal wear and tear, pet damage, and extra cleaning costs.

The maximum occupancy per property is to be respected; more than the allotted number of guests is grounds for termination; tents, campers and RV's are not allowed.

Directions and interactive maps can be found on this website (http://rrpwi.com ) for each of the properties (scroll to the very bottom of a property's web page to find a Google map). Area maps showing all properties can also be found at http://rrpwi.com/standard.htm . You can zoom in and out to view surrounding lakes and roads.

Web pages have a "print-friendly" option allowing you to print each property's info including directions directly from the web site. We will also include directions with your reservation email confirmation.

Boat Rental Rates:

• 24 foot pontoon, 40 hp with canopy $180/full day - $800/week
• 24 foot pontoon, 60 hp $180/full day - $840/week
• 15 hp and 9 hp motor $35/day - $150/week
• Boat & Motor $215/week
• 16 ft Northwoods Fishing Boat with 40 hp motor (4 stroke), steering wheel, trolling motor, live well, fish locator, and anchor. $140/full day - $600/week
• 18 ft Lund Fishing Boat with 40HP Tiller Motor, Fish Locator, Two Anchors, Fish Net, Two Fishing Rods, Trolling Motor, Life jackets with Trailer or will deliver $550.00 / week or $100 / day plus gas and oil
